Christmas jumper day has become a fixture in all of our festive calendars since it first launched back in 2012, it’s the perfect opportunity to wear something silly while raising money for chairty at the same time.

Christmas jumper day raised a staggering 3.9 million pounds for the Save the Children charity in 2016, hopefully we can go bigger and better again this year. The official date is yet to be announced for 2017 but in general it’s usally on a Friday 2 weeks before Christmas day, that would make it Friday 15th December 2017. Of course if that date changes when announced we will update you this article to reflect. You, your friends and family can all get involved and help make a real difference.

A small £2 donation will help save children’s lives, the more raised the more they can help. The donations are only £1 for kids at school, nurseries or youth groups. Literally everyone is welcome to take part, whether it be at schools, the work place or homes, even pets can get involved. The best part is that it’s really easy to get involved, simply wear your favourite festive jumper and join the fun.
